Rental Terms & Conditions

• A reservation is confirmed once a contract is signed and a deposit
  (30% of total cost) is received by Riviera Sun Properties.
• The balance is due 6 weeks before the arrival date.
• The security deposit is due with balance payment.
• Payment to be made in Euros (unless otherwise agreed).
• Check-in time: 4 p.m. onwards.
• Check-out time: no later than 10 a.m.
• The price of the rental includes:
  - Electricity (not heating, pool heating, spa or suana use)
  - Water
  - Linens & towels (not beach towels)
• Telephone charges and heating are your responsibility.
• Riviera Sun Properties is available to assist you during your stay.
